Light filter blinds allow in light but still offer both daytime and nighttime privacy.  At night it may be possible to see some soft shadows or vague silhouettes, however privacy is maintained.

Light filter blinds have an appearance similar to a frosted window, allowing light in while obstructing views and maintaining privacy.

Sheer sunscreen roller blinds are the best option when you want to see out of your windows but not allow people to see in. But remember, this is only true during the day.
